We make every effort to keep all items in stock. If we ran out of stock of any of our products, you will be notified by phone or email. You will be notified by phone or email if the item you ordered is out of stock. All prices are in U.S. dollars, charged to your preferred method of payment.

Payment Policy accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Please submit the correct billing address for your purchase. An incorrect billing address will result in refusal of shipment. Your credit card will only be charged on the day of shipment.

Sales Tax Policy
We do not collect sales and use tax in other states. We must collect sales tax from residents of New York.

Shipping Policy ships via UPS and FedEx. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted based on the weight and dimension of some items shipped. does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national U.S. holidays. Presently, ships only within the United States. does not deliver to post office boxes.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted 30 days from purchase date.
  • Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Customer Service.
  • To expedite your request, please include your invoice number, the order number, item number, and brief description of the damage and whether the item is to be replaced or refunded.
  • Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damaged and/or missing item claims will not be honored if reported past 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. Merchandise must not have been worn, used, altered or, washed. All tags must be attached.
  • All sale items of 50% or more are final and may not be returned.
  • We must RECEIVE the package within 20 days from purchase date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is being returned due to defective product).
  • A 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective product.
  • We deduct all original shipping costs incurred by on any returned product. Return request must be submitted via email or fax.
  • Return requests are processed within three business days.

To report damaged and obtain RA#, simply email your request to: and include the order number, item number, and a brief description of the damage and whether the item is to be replaced or refunded.

We will inform you where you need to send your return. When you return an item, please follow the instructions on the packing slip.

You may want to insure your return; cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Incorrect Price
If for any reason the price of an item on the website is listed incorrectly, has the right to refuse the order. You will be notified of the correct price, and if you agree to the adjusted price reflecting the correct price you will then be charged.
